MEET CHEF AMY ROSEN

A lifelong enthusiast of cooking and food design, Amy is a third generation chef from Westchester, New York. In addition to culinary pursuits within her own kitchen, Amy shares her knowledge and passion for cooking with others through teaching. She started her company in 2011 and has developed it into an up and coming successful business.

She presently gives private lessons to adults and children. She specializes her homestyle cooking classes using the freshest ingredients and modifies all her recipes for those who are gluten free, vegetarian or those on low carb diets. With Amy's creative thinking in the kitchen, she can design and cater to any dietary needs. Amy also conducts after school cooking programs at several schools in Westchester County, New York.

Amy is sought after for her fun cooking parties. For adults, she will come to your home and entertain your friends with a cooking class. Together you and your guests will make a fabulous event from appetizers to dessert. For children she does cupcake wars, chopped style competitions, chocolate making and molding, pizza and pretzel making. The children are fully involved in the cooking process and there is no down time. Everyone has a fun time and goes home with the finished products.

Additionally, she holds cooking demonstrations for charity events and parties for all ages. Some of her delicious recipes are featured on the Saratoga Oil Company,  and Amy has shared some of her favorite recipes on this website. Amy has been featured on the Nate Burkus Show and the Healthy Hillary Radio Show.
